(Note: The following is a statement by Dr. Fuller, in his own words, describing his inspiration for the Spiritual United Nations project and his aspirations for the fulfillment of the task God has led him to begin.)

I am the founder and, from its inception in 1968, the President of the Lively Stones World Healing Fellowship, Inc. When I was creating a name for the organization, I felt I had made it too long and considered eliminating the words “World Healing”, but God confirmed for me that those words weren’t randomly chosen but divinely inspired, and therefore significant.

Many times in the past 38 years, when we have needed assistance with this ministry, others have voluntarily helped with a variety of projects --- for which I am truly grateful. At this time, we need a special kind of support: a gathering of kindred spirits. We’re not talking about money. We’re talking about much more.

My wife and I have always been volunteers in the Fellowship; that is, we receive no salary. We are looking for those who will join us, not hire out to us, as spiritually motivated volunteers.

If joining us resonates with you, please write me. Indicate your occupational skills and other abilities and gifts, and tell me how you see yourself fitting into this ministry. Tell me about your health, too, as well as any special needs you might have.

Our uppermost desire is that God’s will be done in all of our lives.

Our new subsidiary organization, the Spiritual United Nations, is another God-led endeavor. For this project, we need considerable assistance. We are on a pilgrimage to find those for whom the possibility of helping to bring about world peace is an irresistible invitation, an opportunity to be thoroughly explored. We petition your support. This beautiful planet, created perfect by God and still the jewel of His eye, is in a predicament. Your help is needed.

Just as God led me in the creation of this ministry, He has now led me to the solution for the ever-mounting terrorist problem. I am prepared to do what must be done. Success will depend upon knowledge, dedication, and diplomacy. As God impressed this idea on me, I can’t wait for someone else to do it. Nor would I want to, but I need your help. If joining us in this endeavor speaks to you, talk to God about it and let me know your impressions.

We are not asking you for money; others will take care of the finances. We are asking for your participation in the interfacing and dialogue necessary to implement our plan for world peace. If you feel dedicated to this cause and believe you would be an asset, please write and tell me your desires and how you see yourself fitting into this activity. Please focus on details about the nature of your commitment and what you see as your contribution.

Now about the monetary concerns!

For many years, we have operated the Fellowship on a donation basis. We do not sell books, tapes, or anything else. We give these items to anyone who requests them. Our motto remains, “We’ve nothing to sell, just the truth to tell.” We gratefully accept the free-will offerings that have always come to this Fellowship. Our needs have always been met, and I know that this will continue. However, the SUN project will probably cost millions of dollars.

There are 583 billionaires in America, with wealth ranging from $1.5 billion to $51.6 billion. That’s not counting the millionaires. None of them will carry any portion of their fortune with them when they depart this life.  I believe that some of them will help us. Additionally, many people moved to contribute smaller amounts will generate the resources necessary to launch this effort. God has always provided the needs of this ministry, and I have no doubt that He will continue to do so.

God impressed upon me that I should simply acquaint people with the conditions and needs requiring money for SUN, rather than applying for grants. All participants should be spiritually motivated to commit their efforts and resources. In this way, we will eliminate the possibility of any conflict arising about contributions.
